Quality, compliance and security manager

AeroConsulting is looking for an experienced Quality and SMS Manager for a holding of aviation companies.
As Quality, Compliance and Safety Manager, your main mission will be to manage the aviation Safety Management System (SMS) of all of aeronautical companies of the group intergating : flight school, airline, assistance and hangar rental for aircraft and, aircraft maintenance workshop.

Your mission will be the following:

• Ensure the compliance of all companies of the group. 
• Define and implement quality procedures
• Perform audits, quality controls
• Be the interlocutor of the relevant authorities
• Ensuring regulatory monitoring,
• Propose corrective and preventive actions,
• Monitor the action plans deployed following audits or controls,
• Amend manuals and operational procedures in line with the regulations in force, Process event feedback,
• Keep risk analysis tools up to date,
• In connection with the operational teams, participate in change studies,
• Participate in safety communication actions,
• Participate in the animation of training and development of the teams’s skills in connection with the management system.

You must hold a bachelor's degree and third-year university level in Quality Management and you have 3 years of experience in a similar function in the aeronautical domain (CAMO, ATO, Part 145, AOC).

• Mastery of office tools,
• Hold a B license and be transported.
