"Consultant" User registered as Recruiter working for AeroConsulting.
"Uploaded documents": any document filed on the Site deemed to be operated and stored.
"Document Database": all entered information, the uploaded documents including the Database and the interface for accessing the Document Database.
" Customer" : Any person or entity, professional or individual, private or public law, looking for candidates or ordering a Service on the Site.
"AeroConsulting” AeroConsulting in its capacity as editor of the site.
"Site": website at URL www.aeroconsulting.fr and sub-sites, mirror sites, web portal and URL changes.
"User": Any person or entity, professional or individual, private or public law, subscribing an account on the Site.
SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription on the Site requires creating a personal account. Any application forwarded by email or postal mail will be redirected to the Site.
By creating an account the user will be able to apply for jobs, communicate with AeroConsulting’ s recruiters, enter professional data, upload documents and use one or more of our services.
To create an account, the user will be required to provide personal data.
